Unique Backdrop for the Scottish Open Golfers

We are in Scotland this week for the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open at the beautiful Renaissance Club in North Berwick.

Thanks to great weather at the weekend, our Aberdeen hot air balloon tethered on the golf course every day until Sunday to support the Men’s Scottish Open.

England’s pro golfer Matt Wallace even tweeted a picture of our Aberdeen Standard Investments hot air balloon to tens of thousands of followers.

The balloon was provided a fantastic and unique backdrop to the golf by hole 10 and was seen live on Sky Sports throughout Thursday morning.

This is the seventh consecutive year that we have attended the Scottish Open events with the Aberdeen hot air balloon, with the first being in 2013 and we will be returning in August for the Ladies Scottish Open.
