Carolina Balloon Fest 2018
Puddles and Splash, our lovable penguin balloons have hopped right across the continent after the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and have been in Statesville, North Carolina to celebrate the 45th Carolina Balloon Fest.
The festival is a charity event run by local volunteers and donating proceeds to many local charities.
Not only do they have tethered balloons, mass fly outs and a night glow, they offer the public the opportunity to walk inside a cold inflated balloon envelope.
They also have a pilot meet and greet session, where the public can come and ask questions of the pilots.
Attracting a lot of attention on social media, Puddles and Splash were once again caught smooching; could it be that Tall Steve may not be an only child/ penguin forever?
